Microsoft ending its Open License program

Microsoft announced today that it would stop the sales of its Open License contracts as from January 1st, 2022. This contract had existed for more than 20 years. It allowed small businesses to acquire licenses without any commitment to standardise their computer park or to subscribe to Software Assurance and only required the purchase of 5 licenses, all software included, to be started.
Microsoft has renamed some of its cloud subscriptions today. Three offers for SMEs change their name:
Office 365 Business Essentials becomes Microsoft 365 Business Basic.
Office 365 Business Premium is now called Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
